Definitions
"The Company" is Sun Electronics UK Ltd
"The Buyer" is a person or company that wishes to purchase goods or services.

Liability
All orders are accepted only upon and subject to the following terms and conditions. The liability of The Company is limited to the sales value of the goods and any services supplied. The Company will not accept liability for any consequential losses.

Prices
All prices are shown as Exclusive of V.A.T at the current standard rate of 17.5%, and shown next to this in brackets exclusive of V.A.T. The company reserves the right to change prices at its own discretion, at any time, to amend errors and implement price increases or decreases, with the buyer being notified and given the option to cancel their order.

Images & Specification
whilst we make every effort to keep images and specifications up to date, manufacturers and our suppliers may change these without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment
Our payment process system is automated and handled by HSBC Merchant Services. When you reach the payment stage you will automatically be directed to HSBC Merchant Services ePDQ system, who will then handle the credit card payment process. This secure system protects both The buyer and The company from credit card fraud using the most up to date technology encryption and security checking methods. Should you wish to make payment other than using a credit/debit card then please contact us before you get to the checkout stage. We can accept cheques or bank transfer but please note that normal bank clearance of any payment will be required before goods are dispatched.

Returns
The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 ( Distant Selling) act entitles the buyer to return unwanted goods within 7 days of receipt as long as The Company has been notified and authorization been granted. Products must be returned unopened, undamaged and in a resalable condition. Items returned that are found to be not faulty will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (minimum charge of £15 inc vat) which will be deducted off any refund. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning these goods. Privacy Protection
The company may store names, house address and e-mail address details of the buyer but not credit card details and guarantees that this information will not be passed on to any third parties outside of The Company for the distribution of marketing.

Delivery
We use The Royal Mail and Business Post for our delivery service. We expect their level of service to abide with the terms and conditions agreed by them to us. The risk in delivery passes on to the buyer on receipt of delivery at the buyers address and not necessarily upon receipt by the actual buyer.
